"Badminton is gaining more and more popularity. It is beneficial to your whole body. It calls for many muscles that you normally don't use in your daily activities. If your work ties you up in front of your computer or desk all day long, you need to stretch your muscles and exercise your lungs and heart in order to stay healthy. Badminton is an ideal sport for that."
